A. E. Stout was present at a meeting of the State Board of Pharmacy, Illinois, on June 15, 1897.

According to Western druggist, Volume 22, in 1900 “Arthur E. Stout has purchased the drug business of Robert Enlow at Normal”

And in the Report of proceedings of the Illinois Pharmaceutical
Association
annual meeting, Issue 22, in 1901, he is listed as a member from Normal IL.

    It was Chesebrough, not Cheesebrough, who invented Vaseline. The mistake appears to happen repeatedly: maybe you can blame a certain software merchent!
